FAQs

1. What is the minimum volume for the test cases?

If you would like to send test cases, there is no minimum value. For normal orders, we request that a US$300 minimum laboratory value be sent with each shipment and exclusive of shipping charges.

 

2. How many days of turnaround time?

Usually 9 working days except in some particular cases.

 

3. How to pay?

Direct wire transfer to the company bank account or paypal.

 

4. What is the due date of the payment?

Should settle payment within 2 weeks.

 

5. Where is the nearest Courier Drop off facility?

Search your nearest DHL’s or UPS or FedEx “Location” List locally.

 

6. How can I schedule a pickup of my package from Courier?

Schedule your pick up by Courier locally and fax the shipment information to us by fax at +852-2778 8205 to confirm your shipment sent.

 

7. How can I track my shipment?

We will provide airway bill number by either fax or e-mail for your checking the status of delivery locally if necessary.

 

8. Who pays for shipping?

You only need to pay the shipping charges from your country to our lab. We will pay the return shipment.
